The issuing of race number will take place exclusively at the following locations and times:

Documentation required for the collection of race numbers, both personally and on behalf of participants:

  • Proof of payment (only in case of not appearing on the list of registered participants).
  • ID card or passport
  • For federated participants: Federative Card (FADMES-FEDME) year 2027. The FADMES 2027 federative licences can be processed from 15 December 2026 until 15 January 2027 for this event.
  • Passport or ID card.

 

IMPORTANT: Every participant or person responsible for the collection of the runner’s bag (documentation, commemorative garment, etc.), is obliged to verify that the bag has all its contents in perfect condition and coincides with the registration information contained in the envelope assigned to each number-participant (race number, chip, commemorative souvenir). This check will be carried out in the presence of the members of the organisation and before leaving the technical office, after which time complaints will not be accepted.

Any athlete who does not collect his/her race number on the day and at the times established above will lose all registration rights.

Characteristics, Location, and Care of the Competition Bib

  • Official Dimensions: The bib has a fixed, regulatory size of 20.7 cm x 15 cm. It is strictly prohibited to cut, fold, modify, or cover any part of it. It must retain its complete design and keep the sponsor logos fully visible throughout the entire course.

  • Mandatory Placement: The bib must always be placed in a visible location on the front of the athlete. Only two methods of attachment are authorized:

    • Fixed horizontally on the right thigh.

    • Secured on the front of the body using safety pins or a number belt, ensuring that it always remains positioned on the front of the body (never turned toward the back or covered by a jacket).

  • Timing System (Chip): The bib has a disposable timing chip attached to its back. To ensure correct reading at checkpoint stations and the finish line, participants are strictly prohibited from peeling off, folding, or tampering with this electronic device in any way.

  • Secure Attachment System: The method used by the runner to secure the bib (whether safety pins, plastic clips, or number belt clips) must be completely secure to prevent losing it during the race and must not puncture, pierce, or damage the chip located on the back under any circumstances. It is recommended to place the safety pins strictly in the four corners of the paper, outside the printed circuit area of the chip.

  • Controls and Penalties: The bib is personal and non-transferable. Referees and marshals will perform mandatory checks before entering the starting corral. Participants must keep it intact until the final official classifications are published. Wearing the bib hidden under outerwear or windbreakers, losing it during the race, or failing to comply with any of these placement rules will be grounds for a time penalty or immediate disqualification in accordance with current official regulations.
